Your small town has a drive-thru pharmacy? There's a Chinese restaurant nearby (a smallish town) that when I order take-out, they inclue a bunch of organic fruit/vegetables. Only organic. It's a weird practice of theirs. You don't get to choose. They just give it to you. Fortunately, I like 'em all.
