Ratakapasiteetin lisääntyminen perustuu siihen, että junien kulunvalvonta uusitaan ETCS:ään ensi vuosikymmenellä. Nykyinen JKV on melko kankea Helsinki–Pasila-välillä.

Financiering beror på hur nästa MFF 2028–2034 ska ser ut vilket är ett beslut som medlemstaterna ska ta. Kommissionen har dock föreslagit fördubbling av CEF-fonden till nästa MFF.

Lisäksi mahdollistuu lähijunaliikenne Helsingin ja Lohjan välillä. Turun ja Salon välisen lähijunaliikenteen aloittamiseen tarvittaisiin kaksoisraidetta vähintäänkin osalle Turun ja Salon välistä, nykyrata on yksiraiteinen. Tämän kaksoisraiteen pystyy toki toteuttamaan ilman Salo–Espoo-oikorataakin.

Turun ja Salon välisen lähijunaliikenteen aloittamiseen tarvittaisiin kaksoisraidetta vähintäänkin osalle Turun ja Salon välistä, nykyrata on yksiraiteinen. Tämän kaksoisraiteen pystyy toki toteuttamaan ilman Salo–Espoo-oikorataakin.

Not actually. Before this month there was no EU-wide database that would include all entries and exits across external borders. Only short-term visa holders had their entries/exits information stored in an EU-wide database (Visa Information System).

I guess the point is that the person orders a new passport that obviously doesn't have any stamps. That takes a few days though.
