The two island (Sompasaari and Nihti) are planned for 3.0k residents in each, which gives densities of ~28k / km2 and ~26k / km2 respectively. In addition there are some servives and retail.
Helsinki is quite picky about where you can build high-rise towers (like many other European cities too).

The capacity problem is basically caused by an inflexible train control system and having a terminus station which inherently causes conflicting paths.
Some years ago the plan to solve the issue was to build a huge loop around the city centre for commutee trains with a couple extra stations.

Yeah. Mostly it's about keeping the same meaning of the name in both languages, or conforming to the orthographical conventions of each language (e.g. Kamppi/Kampen).

Ostin hiljattain muutaman euron USB-laturin Ikeasta. Pakkauksen kyljestä löytyi tuotteen/pakkauksen kierrätysohjeet Ranskaa, Italiaa ja Espanjaa varten ja lisäksi sisällä oli vielä erillinen ohjelappu Saksaa varten. Hyvä että nämä aiotaan harmonisoida.

In a 2023 study the ministry estimated that the construction cost of regauging the whole 6000 km rail network would be 5.5 BILLION euros. And that does not include operational nor rolling stock costs.
