So I guess it's time to dig up my half finished gygax75, mega dungeon room a day, personal braunstein, and any other self indulgent but reasonably scoped projects since Dukk Börg and duct tape them together? Let's try that.

So I'm gonna try undertaking a project in scope that is frankly unnecessary in its ambition because I think if I don't have that big picture context I can't get started. I can't eat one bite at a time unless Ive found myself with a whale on my plate.

I've been trying to write more elf game stuff and making the scope smaller and smaller and smaller to help. But the only thing I've been able to write is a full wargame with unnecessary language restrictions and some blog posts. Smaller scope isn't helping!

Is there a dwarven saint Nicholas? Are there tensions around the reason for the season?
