The State of California provides a handy on line from to make a complaint against the Certification the STATE (not the LAPD issues) that allows persons to work as a Law Enforcement Officer in CA... would be a shame if they got a flood of complaints about this..

I feel like not enough people have seen Morgan Stewart is Coming Home ... which has more good stuff in it than people gave it credit for.. the 3rd act might be not great, but it is still worth watching.
