Today in upside-down world, Rand Paul suggests Elon be put 3rd in line for the Presendency of the US.
As a foreign born person he cannot hold that office, thus couldn't fulfill the total duties of speaker, and this should be a non-starter for that role.

@cnn.com Please stop wasting our time talking about drones. The majority of people do not care about the drones in NJ. They do care about the things that the drones are meant to distract us from, such as the incoming administration's discussion of cutting Social Security and Medicare funds.
