How do that 1% get all that money? Are they OK paying their bills after they pay that tax?

I have a friend who won't watch it because she feels she needs to watch decades of Trek first. I cannot disabuse her of this idea.

Everything is cheaper than fission is the real problem. You can get insane amount if energy out of uranium but you need tens of billion dollars to do so.

I've always assumed they were just saving bandwidth. The videos are compressed to hell and back.

They should remove the wires and the pole and the building so we have an uninterrupted view of a pink square.

You could save yourself some cpu and record a few versions of the physics explosions and apply them as animations.

Genuinely would help you sell them if it meant they weren't just melted down. I'd prefer they lived in some oligarch's secret collection for a generation than be lost forever.
