Just finished 'The Final Girl Support Club' by @gradyhendrix.bsky.social. I think it's his best yet. I thought I was always conscious of my surroundings, but now I feel like I walk round with my head in the clouds when really I should be eyes to the ground memorising people's footwear. Yikes!

I'm so behind with everything I wanted to do today and it's all @ellygriffiths.bsky.social fault. I started reading 'The Frozen People' and just couldn't stop. What a great start to a new series (it is going to be a series isn't it?)

I'm really excited to start reading the ARC of 'If It Makes You Happy' which I've just received from @hannahlogan21.bsky.social. It's out in May just in time for those summer holidays.

Last Saturday I was on a tour of Everton's Goodison Park ground. It's not going to be there for much longer as they're moving into a new stadium next season. It was good to get the chance to see one of the old-fashioned grounds. Loved how it was right in the heart of the local community.

Last night's Burns Night supper. Haggis (veggie), neeps & tatties with whisky sauce and cranachan for dessert. And plenty left for today too.

Quick look round one of Manchester's Christmas markets this afternoon before I got the tram home from a meeting. It's no fun in the pouring rain though - I didn't even have a gluhwein!
