I was trying to indicate that the word bisector is telling us we need the midpoint. But yes, I am aware that this doesn't help with colour blindness. Obviously in class I also explain and use gestures too.

I normally move to that post 16, but I find that they understand y=mx+c better for the link to the graph when younger.

It is great. I have done it on and off with students for 10+ years. You can either set them off and they will sort it themselves (older students) or do a weekly activity to support them. KS3 will need a bit of support, but might catch the bug and do it every year.
