A huge thank you to our team manager @alphinespl.bsky.social for being such a help with the tryouts. Without her skills at scheduling and organizing the tryouts it would have been so much harder for us to find our 4th.

some footnotes -
- we had 7 people apply
* of those, all but 1 showed up on time and was responsive to pings
- we had a tough time picking between the last 2, it really came down to if the team liked hedit or pen better
- vod review was extremely good at weeding people out for incompatible goals
