Nipfest has a beautiful yoga studio: wooden floor, open space, airy architecture with vaulted, geodesic dome ceiling and windows providing views of outdoor greenery. Mello was practicing flopping over & I was practicing my photography skills.

Since the beginning of July, I started lap swimming again. First time since Dec. 2018, 6.5 years. I’m slow, but loving it. I swim only a fraction of the duration and laps that was my norm for years, but despite that, getting back to it feels like coming home. #lapswim
