I work at a private school and I'm class tutor for a 7th grade group of 27. Some kids have, for a while, been involved in insults exchange, inciting fights. We've talked to them, the families, and they all refuse to accept any consequence. Any advice on how to work with these families?

Today I woke up after 9.5 hours of sleep, it was the first time in a while that I slept for longer than 8 hours. The week has been draining, but it has also left me full of hope and energy for the rest of the school term. How much hope and energy do you have for the upcoming school weeks?
