It was a lovely, sobering, friendly, and even fun night! The speakers were wonderful and so generous with their experiences, and the people organising things were just the nicest peeps. Special shout out to Lizzy the medic who was the best.

Learning how to do video editing, rotoscoping masks, and slightly wobbly motion tracking in Kdenlive video editor with a wee Taskmaster s19e1 contestant edit.
I really enjoyed the rotoscoping! 😍
I did not enjoy the motion tracking - I need to be able to zoom in to the keyframes on the graph more!

I tipped on the delicious curry (Yatri) I had before Waterstones. The lady who served us was so lovely, and pleasantly surprised we knew to order rice separately. Surprised us back – we thought that was standard, then we overheard the very next table shocked they didn't get rice included! Poor lady.
