He died trying to help people being brutalized by agents.
His response to them shoving two women was to a) help the women and b) put himself between them and the agents WITH HIS HANDS UP.
At no point does he reach for his gun.

She was literally moving her car AWAY from the ICE agent. He shot her in the head. If she was such a dangerous individual why didn't any other ICE agents draw their gun and shoot? We've all met men like that shooter, women know what I'm saying. Be careful out there.
