I had the opportunity to talk with Peoria police about a dog rescue effort that took place at a local home.
Police say they have removed over 60 dogs from a Peoria home, and also discovered three dead dogs at the residence. Authorities had been to the house numerous times in the past few years.

I talked with Dominique Roe-Sepowitz from the ASU School of Social Work and and Deputy Chief Brandon Smith from the Maricopa County Sheriff's Office.
More than 50% of the participants said they have been victims of sex trafficking, and 80% have been victims of domestic violence.

I had the chance to speak with Peoria Mayor Jason Beck about the latest update to the Amkor Technology semiconductor plant.
Peoria recently approved a series of agreements that would shift the development of a semiconductor facility to another location. The move brings relief to residents of Vistancia, a master planned community who opposed bringing the project into their area.
