Corporatist fascism, plain and simple.

DHS is trying to get tech companies to hand over data on Trump critics.

This is unconstitutional, and Congress must shut it down, before we turn into East Germany.

This used to be a good Chinese restaurant. I just had lo mein and fried wontons dropped off and they're terrible. The lo mein is way too salty and the fried wontons aren't remotely crisp. I'm so disappointed.

What is so striking about tech billionaires like Musk and Bezos is that there is nothing there, no class, no grace, no humour, no empathy, no style, no wit, no depth, no charm. Empty avatars of materialist greed and techno-capitalist authoritarianism devoid of all meaning.

Let’s be clear: when the Trump administration kills or stalls energy generation projects, that’s the White House choosing to make your electricity more expensive. Americans deserve better.

My cat dozed on my lap for about an nour. It was the first time. And this was just after I clumsily sort of stepped on her toes. (I was walking toward the couch and she suddenly got the zoomies and ran right into me.) Now I know she loves me. I've been wondering.

Donald Trump is not popular.
Donald Trump is the least popular person to run for president in US history.
Donald Trump lost the popular vote twice.
Donald Trump has the lowest presidential approval in US history.
YET Donald Trump says he's so popular the only way he lost is they stole elections.

Except...up to 75% of arrested immigrants have no criminal record whatsoever. He lies and lies and lies. It's all he does.
I swear this clip is not edited. Trump pivots from downplaying the killing of Renee Good and Alex Pretti ("two people out of tens of thousands and you get bad publicity") to in the very next breath claiming "we've been very tough on the waters," leaving Tom Llamas baffled ("the waters?")

If Jeff Bezos could afford to spend $75 million on the Melania movie & $500 million for a yacht to sail off to his $55 million wedding to give his wife a $5 million ring, please don't tell me he needed to fire one-third of the Washington Post staff.

Democracy dies in oligarchy.

again we do not really do a good job of explaining how wealthy people like Jeff Bezos are

his net worth is $253.2 billion.
so he could take one million dollars, and just light it on fire
and then do it again tomorrow
and again the day after that
and then do it every day for 693 years and 8 months

The corruption of Trump cannot be measured by or compared to any past US presidents. He engages in mass fraud, mass crime, mass abuse, then smears it all over with mass lies. Mixed heavily with psychosis, hate, racism and ego driven cult mania.

"Protect us." That's key to the whole thing.
Its counterintuitive
Stand up to Trump, Congress, and your constituents will reward you NOT punish you
You are primary proof if you protect us.

Immigrants commit fewer crimes.

Immigrants pay taxes.

Immigrants contribute over $2 trillion to the economy.

The problem isn't immigrants.

The problem is the bigots.
