I think if I don’t loose 40lbs by march im just going to request a gastric sleeve surgery. GLP-1 isn’t helping me it seems…

I get that many of my followers on instagram enjoy that I’m a rather large man, but replying ewwwww to a post about me wanting to be skinnier is dumb. You don’t know me and likely will never meet me. I should just block them
