I took a look at the information myself further on in the original thread. Twitter's new hellsite algorithm is designed for you to been seen only if you give Elon money. Actually, if you start a *brand new* account, your "score" is negative.
No one will see you.. unless you pay. Amazing.

I don't think Paramount will add Shadow in movie 4 mostly because of the budget (they seem to be veeeeery tight about this franchise idk why) and their direction that they want silly goofy plot for kids. Unless they throw him in very silly plot, of course.
