Do they know that it does not inspire confidence when you say that you put in so much work and effort only to come out with the same uncanny valley slop that all AI inevitably ends up looking like? THIS was the cream of the crop? Awkward shiny homunculi you have to cut around to make look good?

You can't have it both ways. You can't in one breath talk about how many industries AI is going to obliterate and then in the other breath try to say that you had to utilize those industries in conjunction with AI.
