I've had such good care throughout my pregnancy, all the medical staff have been wonderful and I've found the whole thing really inspiring tbh. I love my job but I will return to flying part time and it would be great to pad that out with something in healthcare.

Have watched a lot of low quality TV the last few weeks. I can't believe people are arguing on Four in A Bed about the quality of sausages. Get a life. Someone turn this crap off.

Freshly delivered 💞 10lb9oz, less than 60 minutes from start to finish 🏁 born at home and delivered by dad with paramedics and midwives on our phones. How is your week going?

Off to zone out to my hypnobirthing audiobook and zone out. 38+3 days today. First came at 39+1. Watch this space. My last day of work is Thursday (39 weeks) so let's hope we last until then 😂🤝🏼 also Thursday is meant to be SUNNY DAY. I don't want to give birth in a storm please, how miserable.

What's happening in the US is worrying on several levels. There was crew discussion this week about people feeling unsafe to visit and trying their best to swap off any trips to the US. Our crew community is broad and varied so I understand people feeling anxious.

Recruitment for new crew opened on the 6th I think and it's already closed? I think that tells us all we need to know. I hope it's a high quality lot 👏🏻🙌🏻 lord knows we have hired some stinkers in the past

Hardback books are selfish gifts. The buyer knows a hardback is more of a 'gift' than a paperback, but who on earth can read a hardback with ease? Not me. I would love a paperback please ❤️💁🏻♀️

Quite sickening how I can from my house, to his, to our local airport and then home again in 1h15 mins yet my drive to work takes upward of 3.5hrs 😂 I know the drive is going to get the better of me one day.

Last year, I bought six selection boxes before I managed to keep one intact to give my niece for Christmas. This year I've already smashed five of them down my cakehole, we're still weeks away. I'm surely not alone in this?

Also I have a SECOND glucose test tomorrow to check for gestational diabetes. Baby was big on scan on Thursday. I was quite looking forward to the last one as in my memory they put you on a bed on a ward and you could just nap. That's not the case sadly 😂 I must have dreamt that.

Also December is my favourite time of year to work. It can be chaotic especially if the weather takes a turn but the vibe is unmatched. I hate to miss it.
