Last time they played saw Kosovo walk off due to racist chanting then UEFA awarded Romania the game 3-0 and it ended up with CAS.

I don't like the word "corrupt" as much as anyone, but if Austria squeak through tomorrow and Karic could have made a difference yet isn't available, I'd expect (and hope) someone to kick off about it as it's an unacceptable situation, no matter whose fault it is.

...delayed sending confirmation to seemingly try to keep Karic unusable for this window. Bosnia have complained to UEFA and FIFA and it seems Karic will be sorted for the game in Austria but it ratchets the stakes up even higher.
