Sticking it to the man by supporting small business & getting my caffeine fix in one fell swoop! I got the charcoal mocha today I usually get the Mexican Mocha which has a touch of heat to it. #supportsmallbusinesses #blvdcafecito #burbankca #magnoliablvd #buylocal

As soon as you walk in, there is a community board to help survivors of the wildfires. There were also locally artisan made ceramics for sale. This place is amazing, if you are in the Pasadena area please check it out. It's a billion times better than Starbucks btw!

Desperately needed a cup of coffee before my Dr appmnt in Pasadena today & stopped by the nearest place we could find, Jones Coffee Roasters. The good vibes were instantaneous. With only 15 mins to spare, we couldn't enjoy live music that was about to start or the art that seemed to be everywhere.

Took this at Deacanso Gardens yesterday. It was the first day they'd been open since the wildfires and severe winds. The ash on the leaves didn't stop these flowers from blooming so beautifully, & these wildfires won't stop us either.

Is it just me? I switched to brown liners a couple of years ago because I suck as make-up, and I lack the self-control to not rub my eyes.

I picked these up a few weeks ago at a craft fair hosted by my local apothecary, Crooked Path in Burbank. The artist is Stephanie Inagaki, and she is really sweet and so damn talented. I just had to share!
