Right? I’ve made lemon cakes with lemon zest and a squeeze of the juice, but I guess lemon is just more intense.

For what it’s worth, after baking I can taste a little orange in it now (I had extra batter so I made a few cupcakes with it)

Okay, the cake has a ton of orange zest, orange juice, and a teeny bit of orange extract so it doesn’t taste too fake. The batter has zero orange flavor. It’s like on a cooking show when they put seven tons of X in and judge is like “I’m not getting any X tho” 🤷‍♀️
