It’s always worth remembering that even in the past, people knew this shit was wrong. Civil War fanboys say it’s unfair to judge the south by the standards of our time. Well, what if we judge them by the standards of the people *in the same time* who knew it was wrong and FOUGHT A WAR to stop it.
