I believe there’s more advanced tools for it. I use TexTools I think? One of those, it has a button that flips UVs around the 2D cursor or center, though you have to be careful which side is which

I saw a post from an artist way back, saying that the moment they increased their prices, these annoying messages/comments disappeared. They only reappeared when their work improved to the point where people thought it was a 'bargain' again.
