No regrets
Card with recipe for duffins Makes 6 1 egg 60ml milk 60ml veg oil 1 top vanilla extract 75g Caster sugar 100g self raising flour Jam/ biscoff / nutella for filling Mix wet ingredients and fold in dry. Put 1-2 spoons of mixture in cases, add filling and cover with mixture. 160° for 17mins on bake setting in air fryer.

Exploring the UK Measures of National Well-being always raises questions about how we quantify some things, but also concerns. Living with anxiety seems to becoming the norm and this can't be good.
