Might sound crazy but maybe the fact that the Nazis wanted to exterminate the Slavs and protect France from Jewish influence means that they didn't really believe in the "defense of difference" as is claimed here. You don't, under any circumstances, gotta hand it to the Nazis for their tolerance.
Even though the the defense of difference in that sense goes back to the beginning of fascism and was always 49:50 like really core, especially to the Nazi variant of it. And the Nazis saw themselves as preserving local types of 49:57 nationality and local culture, right? Of course, they would exterminate the Slavs and, you know, they would go off and 50:02 exterminate whole Slavs of the world. Uh but um but they still saw themselves as 50:09 like we're going to protect France and like rip out the Hollywood and the Jewish influence and get it back to its 50:15 essential roots and protect its difference, right? It's easy and safe to be an anarchist in Germany or the US and warmonger from a distance about Ukraine because you're not (yet) the one who's going to be conscripted and forced to use Israeli weapons, like if you were in Latvia.

US arms manufacturer General Dynamics, which produces the Mark 82 bomb that Israel uses against Palestine and other countries, was aided in the set-up of new facilities for the purpose of supplying more ammo to Ukraine by the Turkish company Repkon, sticking another pin in the chart of colonial oppression of Native peoples from North America to Kurdistan and Palestine. Half of the very same workers who helped produce the Mark 82 for Israel in Garland, Texas, were transferred to the new General Dynamics plant in Mesquite to then make ammo for Ukraine. Repkon’s US branch subsequently bought the GD factory in Garland and was awarded a contract by the US government to produce arms for Israel.

Virginia KV 27 SKIRMISH AT KEMP'S LANDING Lord Dunmore, royal governor of Virginia, led a detachment of the British 14th Regiment to this area on 15 Nov. 1775 to disrupt militiamen forming in resistance to royal authority. The Princess Anne militia, waiting in a thicket, fired on the British advance guard. Heavy return fire scattered the militia and killed several men. Dunmore's force, augmented by African American volunteers who had escaped from slavery, took a number of prisoners, including Col. Joseph Hutchings. The emboldened Dunmore issued a proclamation declaring martial law and offering freedom to slaves willing to fight for the king. DND is a Germany-based arms company that is a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Israeli state-owned arms company Rafael. DND produces the MATADOR grenade launcher which, in 2022, Ukraine purchased thousands of, on the strength of the IDF testing it against Gazans in 2009.

Ukraine doesn't have colonies, though many Ukrainian persons & families took part in the colonization of Canada back in the day. Canada advertised "Free Land" to them, neglecting to mention whose land. But Ukraine did more recently help occupy Afghanistan & Iraq, & arm Saudi Arabia & Myanmar.
