I’m so over one sided friendships, and I’m so tired of usually having to be the one to start a conversation with those I consider to be my friend. More often than not feels like people only wanna talk to me when I can offer them something, and it feels hella transactional.

Calling an event a waiting room for a bigger event is disrespectful af. It's completely okay to go to events while you're waiting in queue for something else, but my event is an experience too, not labeled as some waiting room and shouldn't be called that.
