...and somehow this conversation made me want to dig out the Drillaud dark cocoa Liqueur and I'm drinking that 50/50 with some Evan Williams Bourbon.
I think the Screwball DOES have sugar in it but maybe not as much as the Drillaud.

The people who rave about it neat adore peanut butter is what I remember. I think someone I know said "here try this" and handed it to me.
I didn't have a whole bottle of it to tinker with which is why I don't have a list of cocktails I know it works for. 😂

I think there's literally an artificial flavor for "vanilla cake." Actually natural ingredients are sometimes harder to get approval for.
One of the distilleries did an experiment putting cinnamon sticks in a Bourbon barrel. Amazing sample. Went to market with "cinnamon flavoring" - not the same.

That seems like an a good and easy place to start. Might be what I have the brainpower for too since my experience with Android is so limited.
