yup it was all Kleon's fault. absolutely no one else provided input about its hair, horns and name should be. nope <3
The original concept for the Behemoth was called an "Io". Due to its inability to efficiently hunt, it was to be categorized as livestock. However, its creator, Kleon, gave it enlarged muscles, horns and the ability to cast Meteor so that it could be an apex predator.

Means testing doesn't work. You are making it harder for disabled people to access services they need, and the non-disabled who really want to game the system will do so anyway. You help nobody and harm the people who need assistance.
