Artist/writer of Great Beard, a new series in development. Also just a dude looking for some peace.

Ah, nice! Good choice!
My favorite is probably either Spiders-man or the Hostess Spider-man.

Hi! I draw and write stuff. My first comic, Great Beard, just got its first black and white release, but will be releasing in color (with higher quality) next year.

It's about a powerful guy who thinks his beard is talking to him, urging him to fight crime.

Wanted to offer this as a bookmark with Great Beard, but ran out of time and money.
So here's the art anyway.

The Hallucination (from Great Beard)

I do love drawing Beard. There's so much simplicity, but so much room for deviation.

Man, I wish I had the cool start lots of you did.
It only occurred to me to start reading comics around middle and high school, so this is what I found in my local supermarket on the rack.
We had no money, so comics weren't really a thing I was able to get.

Sorry to spam you with my old art, but here's something I painted for Wizards' Asylum, (now Wizards' Alley) a local gamestore here in Wichita.

It was painted on ceiling tile. And while it decorated the ceiling of the old shop, I can only hope that they put these back up someday.

I painted this thing for Wichita's Foot in the Door exhibit, also back in 2020 (or was it 2021)?

Now it's hanging on our apartment wall. :) It has a lot of sentimental meaning for me.

Something from pandemic time. This was my old business card.

Here's a painting I did of Liliana Vess using a Theros backdrop!

It was several years back, but I spent a long time working on it.

I guess I'm just dumping art here now. Forgot how afraid I was to post.

Here's my take on the Daggerford crest. I did a little too much homework on Curse of Strahd for my home D&D game.

Here's a still life I'm pretty proud of. No color matching, no tracing, nothing.
It is still digital, but I did everything myself.

Jared Carthalion and the Black Lotus- doodle brought over from Instagram (since that might also go to art scraping, if it hasn't already).

Sketch of a character TBD I did while at my booth. I was just playing around.
He's some kind of alien/robot hybrid. (Air Capital Comic Con)

At Air Capital Comic Con - day 2 tomorrow.
Great Beard features Gabriel Gomez, a young man followed by a strange apparition only he can see.
He'd like to live a normal life. But the creature will stop at nothing to train him for a supervillain that simply doesn't exist.
Issue 1/2 on sale for $6.

Ten years, I've been working on this comic. It started as a joke. I learned art for it.
Now, I've got a booth. Four years, I've been trying to do this.
Anyway, here's the cover and the first 'finished' page from Great Beard, issue 1.
