The summarization of key messages is perceived as most useful by all stakeholders. Accessible text tools that provide alternatives for difficult words, tools that help reduce the length of a text, and explanations for difficult words are also perceived as helpful.

The scenarios are frequently encountered by people with cognitive impairments, especially the public administration and everyday life scenarios focused on COVID-19. In line with universal design and design for all, many others would benefit from support in these scenarios.

The largest stakeholder group is people with impairments or learning difficulties. Experts also recognized non-native speakers as stakeholders. A large group of experts believed that accessible texts are helpful for everyone.

The most frequently mentioned scenario is public administration. The second scenario frequently mentioned by experts focuses on the medical field. Experts also frequently commented on everyday scenarios, for example, understanding COVID-19 rules in newspapers.
