The rent for the last place we rented is now literally double what it was in 2013. OK, lots of other things have gone up in cost in 12 years, but if that had happened with mortgages we'd be talking about a national crisis.

I know someone who does this - they work compressed hours at work so that they can appear in court one day a fortnight, and they love it (well, it's hard work, but good hard work)

I really enjoyed going to see Karlsruhe and the walk through the forest there- the only drawback was being in the away end (didn't know they get meshed off and it messed with my eyes until I moved further up) and smoking section!

I'm going a bit afterwards, so some tips would be good. Have they invented anything new? Any good deals at Kaufland?
