Even NFL referees, the only group possibly more hated than ICE in the US these days, don’t hide their faces behind masks though it’s freezing cold. And he’s making a call that goes against the home team!

Revisiting this restaurant in OGDEN, UTAH because I learned "Ombu" means "Free Food Poisoning" in Japanese. Probably.
I bet the buffet line is a slow-moving conveyer belt, the food starting out as sushi & cooking into #Cajun food the longer it takes, before ending up in a gumbo pot.

What could possibly go wrong with a sushi and Cajun buffet in OREM, UTAH!
For our non-American friends, Orem, Utah is very, very far from oceans containing seafood, and from Cajuns.
I feel sure, though, that making it a buffet can only increase both the health and quality of the offerings.
