I don't know who needs to hear this but sometimes a sketch is just meant to be a sketch and not a finished piece.
Not everything has to be a "finished" thing. Maybe the sketch IS the finished version of that thing. If you learned from it, took what you needed, it had its purpose fulfilled.

spent the night sewing a dress i had started 3 months ago and i almost got it finished… the dress isn’t difficult to make by any means but it’s crazy how having actual freetime and putting a mark on my calendar to ”continue sewing that dress this saturday” gives me motivation for my hobbies

1/2 It doesn't make sense, and I think it's a thoughtless decision to make. It will cause some people to fall between the cracks as the municipalities try to figure out an alternative rehabilitative work program. Why change something that is working? Money.
