Any win, no matter how small, will be seen as confirmation that a trans woman had an unfair advantage despite the science which shows the lie this rhetoric is. Basically they can ban trans women for existing and if they don't lose.

One of the most beautiful aspects of being trans is how by just living our lives and being ourselves we give others the strength and courage to do so themselves.
I'm very fortunate that I've been able to be that for others in my life, and we are all better for having shared this world with you.

When I first started my own transition over a decade ago, you were one of what was then a small handful of possibility models that I saw and knew that this life was not just possible, but was capable of finding happiness and success - and all while excelling in a field where my own passions lied.

The Times article they link to suggests that the IOC doctor's review will not be subjected to peer-review nor does it appear to be planned for public release, but an unidentified source says, "It was a very scientific" so... ya know... case closed?
