One of the major insurance companies just released their new product - Seoul Metropolitan Area subway delay insurance.
If a train gets delayed by 30 min and if you end up taking a taxi or e-bike/scooter, the insurance company will cover your taxi fare.

Yeah, it's also weird that Halifax hasn't seen a significant snowfall yet after droughts. Droughts in NS in summer and fall. Something isn't right.
