Humid sweaty swamp run before the Academy of Management conference in Copenhagen. There is a punk song about “the Danes.” If you know the artist, remind me in the comments.😊 #RunningPunks. Saw these deer on the trail—they had to run along it because the brush was too thick for them to cross.

Four-mile run/walk through the neighborhood trying not to think about so many things. Today’s song is one of my all-time favorites: Paranoid by Black Sabbath. RIP Ozzy. Funny thing though, I heard a double-time punk version years before I discovered the slower original. #RunningPunks

First 25-mile week in forever, capped by today’s slow-as-snailsh_t 10-miler. I would have been slow even without the photo ops because I was trying out a new watch and accidentally sorted my playlist by artist, which meant 3 miles of Santana ‘68–fast guitar but slow beats. Plus hills. #RunningPunks
