i was always told by some people to just get over it in those situations or that i was overreacting which never helped, either.

it could literally just be like playing a game with a few people and suddenly i just feel left out for some odd reason. it's such a weird feeling to explain but i'm glad there's some explanation to this and that i'm not the only one who experiences it.

Knowing you have ADHD and will occasionally suffer from RSD goes a long way to helping you deal in a healthy way with your RSD.

Often RSD triggers our unhealthy coping strategies. It can make us prone to abusive relationships as we feel like nobody else could want us.

A crippling fear of rejection is also a symptom of borderline personality disorder (BPD), which needs different treatment, so it is important to get diagnosed properly if this resonates with you.

Informing and your friends and loved ones that you may get attacks of RSD and what you need during these attacks can help greatly.

Being able to say "hey, I am having an RSD attack" and get their support and reassurance can lessen the attack and allow you to move forward.
