There is no excuse for this. It is murder. The officer was clear of the vehicle before firing the first shot. Fires the second from the side into the driver's open window, and the third is fired from behind into the open driver's window. Don't be gaslit into believing anything else.

I just got an email from the VA blaming Democrats for the government shutdown.
Here's an idea! If the administration spent half as much effort communicating working with Congress as they do complaining to the rest of the world about Democrats, maybe they could actually pay their bills. #ShutItDown
