Remember when Jeffrey Epstein and Donald Trump’s lawyer, Alan Dershowitz, wrote an op-ed trying to justify having sex with kids?

Seems relevant now.

DOJ briefly uploaded this letter from Jeff Epstein to serial child molester Larry Nassar:

"Our president shares our love of young, nubile girls. When a young beauty walked by he loved to 'grab snatch,' whereas we ended up snatching grub in the mess halls of the system."

“The New York Times contacted Ms. Farmer about a report stamped with the date of Sept. 3, 1996. She broke down in tears.

“I’ve waited 30 years,” she said. “I can’t believe it. They can’t call me a liar anymore.”
HUGE NEWS from the new Epstein files:

Records show that Maria Farmer, who worked for Epstein, filed a "child pornography" report to the FBI in 1996.

The FBI has never before acknowledged that complaint. The case went nowhere, and mass abuse followed.

Let’s be clear: the Brown shooter wasn’t trans, wasn’t hunting Jews or conservatives, and it certainly wasn’t the Muslim Palestinian student Brown briefly erased from its site. Those were conspiracies, boosted by prominent right-wing accounts, and they caused real harm.

In preparing for my most recent Supreme Court argument, I realized that I have something in common with the Court’s conservative members. Like them, I do not believe there should be “second-class” constitutional rights subject to judicial balancing. If something is a right, it must be protected.

MUST READ: DOJ is demanding states surrender their private voter data in the name of election integrity. But its rapidly expanding crusade to seize that data has been riddled with sloppy filings and a growing list of self-inflicted embarrassments that undercut the department’s claim to competence.

What a shameful question.

First, it is not what Congress "asked for." It is what a federal statute REQUIRES.

Second, WTF does "spirit but not intent" even mean?

CBS bent a knee and paid Trump, it has a new owner who wants to please Trump, and sadly this is the result.
BRENNAN: This isn't everything you asked for just yet, but would you acknowledge that they are complying with the spirit if not the intent of your law?

MASSIE: No. They're flouting the spirit and the letter of the law. It's very troubling the posture that they've taken.

@davidfrenchjag.bsky.social understands that to oppress others in the name of your God or religion is to refuse the command of imitatio Christi. He also understands that to engage in true imitatio Christi is to antagonize those who patrol the boundaries to keep heretics out.

Funny how that works.

Todd Blanche’s appearance on Meet the Press was disgraceful but clarifying. The “Department of Justice” is Donald Trump’s defense team. There can be no presumption they’re acting in good faith. One has to approach them as one approached a Soviet “Department of Justice”—as propaganda, not justice.
