The game has a lot of fun with some of the side characters which makes the interactions more amusing. Can't get enough of how Atsu is like around them. She don't play around lol.

I appreciate that we don't have traditional skill points in this game. Finding Shrines suits my playstyle more since progression is through exploration and adapts to your pace.

Lowkey never wanna leave this area but the more i explore the closer i get with having to move on eventually. Its just been very calming and something i greatly needed.

Following the mythical tales are a fun way to add a whimsical element to the game. Makes me want Sucker Punch to go all in a fantasy setting one day.

Some the Bounty quest have surprising depth to the characters your trying to hunt down. The writing hits you when you least expect it. Not emotionally prepared for what else is out there.

Closing in on 100hrs. The PS5 progress says I'm only 20% done lol. I'm still consistently floored with how captivating this game is. My approach remains a slow, satisfying burn.

Need to start taking more clips but wanted share some combat since it hits different. The Yari feels so natrual already. I'm currently on medium cuz i prefer having some extra room for expression.

Love the subtle tone shifts through different areas. Utilising the weather and lighting to seamlessly alter the mood is immaculate.

The Weapon Master side quests are such a cool way to create world building while learning and training with them. I love spear types so I'm already obsessed with the Yari.

Yeah you do have to be careful what brands. I usually check for reviews first. Im currently eyeing the lego Chrysanthemum since i love the colours.

Something I really like is how the game conveys scale but not over emphasising. You don't need massive areas for the sake of it. Part of the hand crafted feel of this world.

Jin is iconic but so far i find myself relating to Atsu a lot more and im still pretty early on in terms of story. Just love how she inserts herself when needed. Peak wandering ronin tropes and im a sucker for it.
