So to try and do some actual analysis here…one imagines the game plan will be an extreme version of the Aaron Rodgers offense (time to throw under 2.5 seconds, a million handoffs).

Indictments are expressly not evidence of anything in a criminal case.
I’m still unsure about using an indictment as a document of undisputed evidence as a prelude for military action without congressional authorization, but I’m just a simple country law professor.

It’s nice that it’s also a misdemeanor for me to practice privately.
When your family member asks for legal advice today, tell them you need a large retainer and a conflicts check first. That should shut it down or buy some time.
