Some definitely non-woke swedes of boomer generation I've known use "Haina" or "Häina" (never seen it written I now realize) to refer occasionally to some person or group of people regardless of gender or more often to various things, so sort of a catch-all "that one there" word.

This is a great argument actually for building the matrix, maybe these people need an entire fake world built around them so they do not have to face the reality of other humans being actual people and can simply live their little fake life on rails, never challenged or surprised.

Was very sleep deprived when I had to run after doctors to emergency room for a check to make sure my daughter was fine after delivery. They asked me if I wanted to carry her back to my wife and I looked at them like they were absolutely fucking crazy

It fills my heart with yearning for an ideal life I've never known.
Also first time since I got my Fairphone that i actually feel somewhat of a regret not having one of the "good" cameraphones.

I can't explain it but something about the weather, the quality of video being captured and the resulting contrast and colors along with the lazy, gentle swaying of that truck makes me feel like this is a video game scene showing the paradise-like conditions of the ~before times~

The steamdeck makes sense for me as a handheld, but on my 4K monitor it just doesn't have the grunt, especially not for any fast shooters which is what I'd want a mouse+keyboard setup for. I guess we'll see what the future holds, I for one am excited about the Gabecube ^^

The hope is for it to be at a reasonable price given the seemingly fairly mid specs. What I'm hoping is for developers to find it a more viable platform to target than the deck, and for it to be the next step towards PC gaming targeting Linux by default rather than windows.

I wonder what they mean when they say high T anyway, are they actually talking about like, disorder-high or just higher end of normal? If you're a guy- just sleep well, eat clean, exercise and try not to keep too much visceral fat on and you're probably gonna be on the higher end of normal right?
