OK, so I said the revamp was gonna take a week... in actuality, it's taken more like a solid month of DIY, throwing paint around, filling wall holes, and evicting spiders. But now it feels like an entirely different space 👌 Still things to do of course, but we'll get there!

This is my workshop right now. The ceiling is repaired, new lights have been installed, the walls are getting a fresh coat of white, and we built a new bench. It's taken an age (a week) but the revamp is almost done!

The workshop is out of bounds until this flippin heat bogs off again. There's no way in heck you can persuade me to light a torch in this weather, when my (badly insulated) workshop is south facing. Nope. Absolutely not. 🔥🔥🔥🔥

If you want to make your backyard a safe haven for lesser dragons, you must keep a close eye on your pets. While it is unlikely that a curious kitten will be able to cause a dragon physical harm, the egos of these small wyrms are as fragile as they are beautiful.

Sometimes I feel very silly. I've been pricing up how much it would be to upgrade my earring stands and worrying about the expense... when I could have just made my own the whole damn time. 🙄🤦♀️ I forget that I can actually MAKE things other than jewellery 🤣

Oh! And I'm getting rid of that awful green on the walls. I splattered it on there as a quick "ahh this should look nice!" before I moved in, instantly hated it, and unfortunately it's never grown on me. I have zero idea of what I shall replace it with, but the decision has been made!

I think I mentioned here that I'm planning on replacing the workshop celing (among other things 👀) this year. Well, I spent a chunk of today pricing materials up. I probably shouldn't have, given my melty brain, but I always feel fizzy when I spend all day doing nothing.

I wanted to ask actually; Are there any other #hypermobile #makers on here?? I'm having some quite painful issues with my left hand atm. My joints seem even more flexible than usual and my knuckles in particular are popping out of joint a lot. Its not even my dominate hand. 😩
