Beautiful Bannockburn, Stirling.
Nine years ago was one of the best days ever, and both the continuation and beginning of a fantastic adventure ❤️

Overheard in the playground- 8 yr old boy playing football:

"Our teacher said "it's your time you're wasting, not mine"... do you think she's in a different time zone?!"

😂😂😂

So grateful to have farmland and nature so close to our home in #Bannockburn.

A 5k walk before bedtime with the kids, with no real complaints from any of us, in the sunshine. A rare treat indeed!

Thank you! Xx
Highly recommend this book by @dfdubz.bsky.social

My goodness, it is a breath of fresh air in today's climate of polarisation, tweets & cancel culture

Almost made me want to go & talk to the guy in the Reform UK tshirt today... maybe next time

We have been working away in the background since 2022, on how and when to bring back The Sruighlea Festival.

As we look to take advantage of the May bank holiday weekend, Stirling’s food, drink and live music festival will return on Saturday 2nd May 2026.

Fantastic opening event at #Fallin Community Garden. The way this community has pulled together & taken action is inspiring

Shout out to my pal Iain, who has done a great job of walking alongside this strong community for the last 3 yrs

Growing together ❤️

I've been finding some absolute gems in Toryglen over the last couple of months.

On Monday I visited the #ESOL class in the Cornerstone Hall and found out about what folks love about Toryglen, & what their gifts & skills are.

"I'm basically living in my dream land" 🥰

I had a call with folks in Aberdeen today. One of the spontaneous moments was when Karen said, excitedly: "Our next bookgroup is reading this one by Sarah Lathan." I snapped a photo & said I would be glad to share widely their enthusiasm for Sarah's insights on relational practice.

In our three recent job ads, we failed to list our Equal Opportunities form and we didn't specify that we'll offer an interview to any disabled person who meets the criteria.

We've extended the deadline for all three, as we're seeking the strongest and most diverse field possible 🧵

The Easter holidays were intense! Chicken pox, visiting what has felt like the ENTIRE of England... it feels like the important thing with the kids' holidays is to humbly point out the smug moments. You know, the times when everything feels lovely.

Being handed this was just one of those.

Next book to keep me company on my commute. A work related one this time... although everything is related to this line of work really, isn't it?

I really love this from Amy Gibson.

Leadership absolutely goes beyond managing people & tasks.

It involves showing up with intention & demonstrating integrity, empathy & vision ✨

It's about creating a safer environment where people not only feel valued & respected, but also empowered.

From the beaten down & stuck woman accused of not being able to cope with change; to a completely new & nurturing environment, coping with most of what life is throwing at her ✊️

Recognising the privilege I have to be able to walk away from barren land, & the things that were consuming me.

How is this a thing?! AI replacing the village it takes to raise a child?? No, no, no. Humans can do better than this. We have to do better than this.

Got my fresh air today around the @uofglasgow.bsky.social. I challenge you to find a more beautiful uni building (we won't talk about the Boyd Orr building...)

The nostalgia of walking from town, along Sauchiehall St (including The Garage!) & thru Kelvingrove. Can't beat it.
