etMINFLUX uses confocal monitoring and triggers MINFLUX acquisitions at rapid and rare events in living cells previously unreachable with MINFLUX, exemplified by tracking the 3D membrane topography in dynamin-mediated endocytosis (10 s) and virus budding (min) in action.
