Response from MINAMI FOODS:
They acknowledged older web images remained online and said they were replacing them, based on labeling standards.

The risk was corrected quickly—yet one thing stayed missing:
a written definition of what “mutenka” means here.

And that’s where a risk gap opens—between “mutenka / additive-free” (a factual claim) and creative freedom.

Creative work is flexible.
But “additive-free” isn’t fiction—it’s a claim tied to responsibility.
It needs clarity, evidence, and wording that won’t invite misunderstanding.

I was not selected.

Which means: the layer I kept examining—
the boundary between labeling, brand storytelling, and “peace of mind”—
was not needed for selection.

So how did Epotech Girl respond?
