The only thing I can think of is to buy a bag and mix it in with the other diet food and hope he doesn't notice (he will spit them out like a kid with plain lucky charms)

We are so used to dictating what they do with their bodies, we let trans kids commit suicide instead of giving them medical intervention. Puberty blockers were supposed to be the COMPROMISE.
