Leading up to the presidential election, McCreesh was the lead writer for Donald Trump's campaign. He explained that he spoke to voters in different parts of the country such as key battleground states like Pennsylvania.

Credit to @melodyschreiber.com for also looking back at the actual profile she served up, which was a breezy "Americans might have a third choice in 2024" account that downplayed all of his dangerous and crazy views.

Nuzzi was never good.
The Nuzzi-RFK Jr. story reportedly began with Nuzzi's profile of him for New York magazine in 2023. RFK Jr. was then a candidate in the Democratic primary for the 2024 presidential race. Nuzzi wrote that he met her with "an unfriendly expression" and took her on a ride in a disgusting vehicle used to take his dogs on hikes. But from there, the story was largely positive. She positioned him as a "spoiler" candidate who could ruin the race for Biden and Trump, "turning the presidential election upside down." She joked about his antivax views, referring to chickenpox vaccines as "more frightening" than nuclear war, and reported a small sliver of his anti-vaccine activity without getting into greater detail on his views and what they mean for America.

I don't know anything about this guy, but in the past 2-3 days alone, I've seen stuff blasted into my feed by others that was dodgy, dubious and outright false. Doesn't seem like a trustworthy spreader of info.
Post by "Scott Horton" suggesting that Trump approval is very bad, but it is more negative than other public polling and it lists no source info.

We are facing real world problems in terms of coalition management because of Murc’s law and the inability of some online factionalists to size up their own faction.
One of the greatest problems of causing enough friction in the real world to be a problem: angry online lefties not realizing the size of their faction. Post: Humanity is a great untapped mass of lefties and the future depends on building a world where we survive and thrive. Outside of the stancil or dem framing.

4) Originalism as espoused by both Machen and today's originalists is capacious enough to justify just about any result anyone wants to reach in any real case. There is simply no constraint there; and 5) Originalism then and now almost always takes a back seat to the values, politics, and preferences of whoever is using originalism as an interpretative tool.
